Andritz is to provide a tissue plant, including pumps, for Astrabel doo’s mill in Belišće, Croatia.
The turnkey project covers stock preparation, tissue machine with air techniques and rewinder, full electrification and automation, and pumps.
The stock preparation plant will be geared up with a FibreSolve FSV pulper for energy-efficient bale pulping, as properly as HD cleaning, deflaking, TwinFlo disc refining and headbox screening equipment in the method circulate system.
The tissue machine is a PrimeLineCOMPACT S 1300 with a design speed of 1300 m/min. It will produce a paper net that is 2.85 m extensive.
Start-up is deliberate for 2023.
